Over at MSR (myscraproom.ning.com) we have challenges weekly.
(This one spanned 2 since it was so involved)
There is always a list of requirements
however...
you are not entered based on talent or skill.
Completed projects including all of the requirements that are posted by the deadline with a typed description of said requirements, by a person who has been a member for at least 30 days will be in the drawing.
IF Gina feels you've made an exceptional effort, your name will be in 2 MORE TIMES!
